I had an issue recently with a bucket order (that was NOT the fault of Vacuum Specialists, but rather the shipping company and another retail outlet). The staff at Vacuum Specialists listened carefully to my issue, took the time to check what happened, and then (despite it not being their fault) rectified the issue themselves. They did not have to do that, and I even told them I didn't expect them to make up for the issues of others.....but they insisted. Finding that kind of friendly helpful service these days is rare, and so I am happy to give Vacuum Specialists the highest rating. Try them and you will not be disappointed!
