100% Money-Back Guarantee on unopened returns
Eligible merchandise returned within 30 days that is unopened, unused, complete, and in resaleable condition receives a 100% refund of the product price with no restocking fee. For change-of-mind returns, original paid or upgraded shipping is non-refundable, and you're responsible for return shipping.
Opened but unused
Eligible residential merchandise that has been opened but remains genuinely unused, complete, undamaged, and resaleable may be returned within 30 days, subject to a standard 10% restocking fee. Additional reasonable deductions may apply if packaging, accessories, or resale condition have been materially affected. For an approved exchange or upgrade, management may reduce or waive the fee.
Merchandise that has been used
Once a product has been operated for its intended cleaning, maintenance, or service purpose, it's considered used and is not returnable for change of mind — unless a written trial or special arrangement was approved before purchase. A brief inspection or basic function check on its own doesn't count as use. Your defect and warranty rights remain separate from change-of-mind eligibility.
Consumables, parts & hygiene-sensitive items
Unopened, unused consumables may be returned within 30 days unless different terms were disclosed. Opened cleaning chemicals, liquids, vacuum bags, filters, and other hygiene-sensitive items generally can't be returned for change of mind. Non-hygiene parts and accessories may still qualify if unused, complete, undamaged, and resaleable.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5 business days after your returned merchandise is received, inspected, and approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method where possible; banks and card issuers may need additional time. Any portion originally paid with Vacuum Specialists store credit is restored as store credit.
