Vacpan II is total crap. I purchased 4 of these for my new home, and two simply did not work and my installer did not install them. The other two are installed but very problematic. I will likely have to replace them with Vacpan I. The installer that I engaged used to sell these, but will not do so any more, because of the many problems that he has seen.
