I bought a Miele vacuum 5 yrs ago in this location, and during these 5 yrs. I introduced my friends to them, and whenever I had issue they always had solution for me. Today I visited this shop again as my wife accidentally sucked a toy part to the vacuum hose and I brought it to see what they could do. The technician was very nice and efficient to get the part out, with NO CHARGE. He said if he had to take it apart to get the toy out, then he would charge me money, but this time, he did not have to. And he recommended the service for motor for my machine as I have used it for 5 yrs which would cost 60 bucks for 2 days. I totally appreciated his advice and attitude. Actually I visited the shop 2 yrs ago and questioned for the same service for my machine, the technician did not recommended as it was not needed in that time. So, I could see they are not MONEY DRIVEN company. I would stay for service and parts. Thank you for being honest and loyal to your customers! GOOD JOB!!read more

Fantastic customer service! I brought in my Dyson powerhead after a small piece snapped and it stopped working. They replaced the two pieces that needed replacing and had me out the door in less than half an hour. The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and extremely helpful. These guys know Vacuum cleaners. Really knowledgeable, friendly and honest guys. Brought in 2 vacuum cleaners to be serviced, left with 2 brand new replacements. The first one, they gave me a great deal on a floor model for a great price and the second one, they managed to get the authorized dealer to get me a replacement for free. Good to know there are still honest businesses out there. They have all my future vacuum cleaning needs business.read more
