Description

Esteam Tile & Grout Neutral Cleaner is an all purpose cleaner with the technology to loosen oils and soils from all types of hard surfaces and holds them in suspension for removal.

Neutral Cleaner can be used with scrubbing machines, rotary extractors, hard surface tools or mop and bucket. Neutral Cleaner should also be used as a rinsing agent after the use of Tile & Grout Acidic Cleaner or Tile & Grout Alkaline Cleaner to prepare surface for sealant.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Pretest in an inconspicuous area for compatibility.
• Mopping normal soils: Mix 2 oz (57.27 ml) of Esteam Neutral Cleaner per 1 gal (3.78 L) of warm to hot water. (1:65
  dilution)
• Mopping heavy soils: Mix 3.2 oz (92 ml) of Esteam Neutral Cleaner per gal (3.78 L) of warm to hot water. (1:40 dilution)
• Rotary extractors/hard surface tools: Mix 1/5 oz (47.25 ml) of Esteam Neutral Cleaner per 1 gal (3.78 L) of warm to hot water in mixing tank.
• For truckmount meter feed systems, mix 32 oz (946 ml) of Esteam Neutral Cleaner into 5 gallons of water to make a truckmount slurry, set meter at 4 – 8 GPH depending on soil conditions.
• For rinsing or auto scrubbers: Mix 1 oz (28.4 ml) of Esteam Neutral Cleaner per 1 gal (3.78 L) of warm to hot water in mixing tank. (1:133 dilution)
