- Proprietary Organic Acid (pH ~1.0) – Twice as effective at dissolving calcium carbonate as phosphoric acid, yet a mild skin irritant—safer than muriatic acid
- Ready-to-Use or Dilutable – Use RTU for heavy-duty jobs or dilute 1:1 with hot water for general restoration
- Restores Grout – Penetrates and removes embedded soils, hard water spots, efflorescence, and soap scum to revitalize grout in older or neglected areas
- Safer Acid Alternative – Milder on skin compared to strong acids but still effective—recommended when other cleaners have failed
- Surface Caution – Can etch marble, limestone, metal, or unsealed surfaces; pretesting and masking advised
- Mandatory Neutralization – Must be followed by alkaline cleaner (e.g., Viper Venom II, diluted 1:32) and rinsed thoroughly to preserve grout integrity
- Clear, Acrid Liquid – RTU pH of 1.0; sold in 1-gallon jugs (3.79 L)
